On August 19, 2017 a man named Jacob Wilkins-Smithson called 911 for help. He believed someone was pointing a gun at him and he was in danger. Instead of help, when police arrived he got thrown on the ground by newby Officer Ryan Skay of the Coeur D Alene Police Department. Then Ryan punched Jacob in the face. Then Officer Kyle Cannon, aka 4th of July Shooter, “mounted” Jacob while he was on his back. Then Kyle punched Jacob 7 times in the face and kneed him in the ribs. Perhaps Mr. Cannon learned his policing tactics from Joseph Scholten.

We’re just getting started here, but keep in mind that Jacob called 911 for help and police have done nothing to find the reported criminal at this point.

While still sitting on him, CDA Officers command Jacob to get on his stomach. Likely having gone to Idaho schools, and not understanding the laws of gravity, Jacob politely reminded the officers that he couldn’t get on his stomach while he was being mounted by big Kyle Cannon. Now, here’s where it gets crazy. Like straight out of Nazi Germany, Twilight Zone, Stalinist Russia crazy. Jacob was handcuffed and laying face down on his stomach and presumably still surrounded by multiple officers. This doesn’t stop Officer Justin Bangs, who had just graduated from the K9 Academy 11 days earlier, from releasing his killer dog on Jacob. Newby K9er Bangs sicked his dog on Jacob for 37 seconds, and commanded him to attack Jacob 8 times, while he lay on his stomach handcuffed. They then left Jacob there for 2 1/2 minutes before helping him with his injuries.

“Flesh was left on the sidewalk.”

From there, the story plays out like a bad cop movie. It includes a visit from Officer Bangs to Jacob’s hospital room, presumably to convince Jacob he had done nothing wrong by sicking his dog on him. It also includes prosecutor Donna Gardner, who wants to be a judge herself, hiding evidence from a judge. Finally, it involves Jacob being found innocent of all crimes he was charged with.

Don’t believe me though, read the entire lawsuit, against the following people, for yourself. Notice that Justin Bangs and Donna Gardner’s alleged behavior is so egregious they are not only being sued in their official duties as a police officer and prosecutor. They are also being sued personally, along with their spouses:
