Officer Jacob Brazle and Detective Nathan Herbig of the Coeur D Alene Police Department celebrated the 2 month anniversary of the attempted homicide of Tyler Rambo by killing Fares J. Al-Samno. According to the Post Falls Police Department, the “independent” entity investigating the shooting, Brazle and Herbig, along with Craig Wade and Deputy Doug Goodman, shot Mr. Al-Samno in the neighborhood between the Silver Lake Mall and Lake City High School on September 4, 2019. This is exactly two months after the 4th of July shooting of Tyler Rambo. Tyler Rambo lost his legs in that shooting.

Nathan Herbig, killer of a mentally ill man, also takes care of children as an SRO at Borah, Ramsey and Skyway elementary schools.

As noted in previous articles, it was thought that the 8 thugs responsible for the shooting of Mr. Rambo had been taken off the street, however in a strange turn of events Chief Lee White let the gun-toting gang members back into the community again. While this publication mistakenly reported that the 8 suspects were on the run, they were actually freely released by Lee White under Coeur D Alene’s “Second Chance for a Murderer” program. Apparently, Brazle and Herbig scoffed at the program’s leniency. Two months to the day after they shot Mr. Rambo, they struck again, this time succeeding at their gruesome attempt to end another man’s life. Mr. Al-Samno took his last breath on September 4, 2019.

Chief Lee White of the Coeur D Alene Police Department comments on CDA’s “2nd Chance for a Murderer” program

We caught up with Lee White to see how he’s feeling about Brazle and Herbig’s homicide:

As we all know, the 8 men who attempted to kill Mr. Rambo on the 4th of July are very dangerous men. We had them in custody but they were let go under Coeur D Alene’s “Second chance for a Murderer” program. This program, while implemented with the best intentions, has some loop holes. Unfortunately Mr. Brazle and Mr. Herbig exploited those loopholes. We are working with the City Council to revise the program so this type of devastating incident doesn’t happen again.

Lee White went on to explain what will happen to Brazle and Herbig now that they’ve violated the terms of the “Second chance for a Murderer” program.

While I’d like to say that these hardened gun-toting individuals will be taken off the street, never to harm a citizen again, the liberal powers-that-be will likely think differently. Right now, they are off the street again, but given the liberal policies of the Coeur D Alene City Council, these hardened criminals will likely be back threatening the people of Coeur D Alene in no time. Gone are the days where we can lock up hardened criminals like this and throw away the key. Now-a-days, these thugs get a 3rd, 4th, even 5th chance. It’s really just the sad state of our country.

We asked Lee White what citizens should do if they encounter dangerous men such as Brazle and Herbig:

Encountering Brazle and Herbig is like encountering a grizzly bear with cubs while holding a baloney sandwich. You can try to walk away from them but they will follow you and maul you. You can drop the baloney sandwich, but they’ll just eat the sandwich, then eat you. You can try to fight, but come-on, haven’t you seen the Revenant? We all know how that ends. You can lay down and play dead, but they’ll still eat you alive.

And when I say eat, I mean shoot. They’ll shoot you no matter what.

When questioned about the possibility that Brazle and Herbig may be impersonating police officers in these shootings, White responded by saying:

Oh, they are police officers. Did I forget to mention that?
