“This is an intentional violation of a citizen’s constitutional rights and cannot be tolerated by the court” – Judge Lansing Haynes

Apparently Jeremy Hyle and his buddies Deputy Travis Fanciullo, Deputy Andrew Nye, Deputy Adam Zitterkopf, and Officer Frank Bowne are sick and tired of two things – Loud mufflers and Methamphetamine users going to jail. This is the only logical conclusion after they pulled Jaron Tanner over for a loud muffler in a legal traffic stop and then blatantly violated his constitutional rights so he wouldn’t have to suffer the legal consequences of rolling through Hayden with meth. One can only imagine that Jaron’s buck and butterfly tattoos just melted their hearts and the deputies felt bad for the guy. Judge Haynes agreed that their violation of Jaron’s rights were intentional and let Jaron go free. A huge thank you to Jeremy, Travis, Andrew, Adam, and Frank for their loving grace and amazing mercy to a sinner like Jaron. Like Jaron’s butterfly tattoo, they knew that he would morph from a meth carrier to a beautiful blossoming member of our society. Thank you for your work guys. Kootenai County and Hayden are lucky to have such merciful kindhearted people on our force.
